At the Claymore we love shirts and ties. Here’s where you can express your personal style, or just have some fun with what you wear. The most important thing to know when buying a dress shirt is your size – if you don’t know your size our staff is trained to take you measurements – chest, neck, shoulders and sleeve length - 12 measurements in all. Stop in and let us measure you at no charge, and maybe sell you a great shirt & tie. For dress shirts , we stock a large selection of off the peg or you can buy them custommade - the latter being a bit more expensive. Our dress shirts are made from the best 2 Ply 100% cotton European fabrics from the finest mills in the world. Straight, spread, button-down, curved, tab and banded collars, barrel-cuffed or French, and formal shirts in several patterns; we stock them all. Off the rack shirtings may be the easy choice for most men when purchasing a dress shirt, but made-to-measure shirts are unquestionably the best option if you want a perfect fit. We offer 100’s of fabrics, pinpoints, broadcloths, end on end, in various colors and patterns. With a two shirt minimum you pick and design any two shirts to your exact specifications, in 3 to 4 weeks your shirts will be ready for you; however shirts last five times longer, if you buy 5 and get the 6 th. Free. There is a trend today is to wear dress shirts un-tucked – (unless you’re wearing a suit), but at the Claymore we simply say “tuck in your shirt” this is just a fad it will pass. For neckwear, we are passionate about our tie collections. We stock the finest silk neckties, formal ties, bow ties and ascots; hand sewn, woven, 7-fold, and extra long; ties with pocketsquares to match and bow tie and cummerbund sets for formal occasions. Richards, and Oxxford to bring you the Claymore collection. Unique, a vast range of colors and designs to coordinate with anything you have to wear or how you wish to exhibit your personality. There is a trend today to wear a suit without a tie – maybe it’s because men haven’t learned how to tie a tie.
